Firstly
For international guests, reservations can be made via WeChat, WhatsApp, or KakaoTalk.
👉 QR codes for these messenger apps are available on the first page of our website. Please scan and leave us a message.
If you make a reservation by messengers, please include the following details:
1. Your name
2. Number of people
3. Dates (How many days?)
4. Bicycle type (You can also choose your bike at our shop on the day)
5. Any specific requirements

Our store opens at 8:00 a.m. and closes at 6:00 p.m.
Location: about 1 km from Jeju Airport (about 20 minutes on foot)
Pick-up service is available from Jeju Airport if you make a reservation in advance.
In this case, please contact us around 8:00 a.m. via messengers after your arrival.
